Eligibility

Services are intended for adult professionals and authorized business representatives. We verify eligibility through corporate authorization or identity verification for individual directors. Example: a corporate nominee must present a signed company letter to register on behalf of an executive.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minor registrations will be rejected and any data removed following verification.

Users must use services lawfully and in a manner consistent with professional codes. Case-based enforcement applies: violations identified in workshop scenarios may lead to suspension or termination after review.

Access may be limited based on local legal or regulatory restrictions. We evaluate cross-border scenarios before accepting participants from jurisdictions with restrictive laws.

Account obligations

Registered accounts must contain accurate information and are tied to program access, case materials and billing. Accounts support scenario-based learning and must reflect current professional roles for cohort placement.

You agree to keep account information accurate. Example: updating company title is required when cohort grouping depends on role seniority.

Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. In previous incidents, timely notice allowed mitigation and audit of access logs.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by techlawai for corporate licenses.

If you suspect compromise, notify our support team immediately and follow the verification steps. We will document the incident and provide a mitigation summary to affected clients.

We may suspend accounts for policy breaches or security concerns. Suspensions are handled with documented reasons and examples of remediation steps when applicable.

Services provided

techlawai delivers economic training focused on spiritual growth and practical leadership scenarios for directors and business owners. Programs include live workshops, recorded materials and advisory sessions. Examples of service components: case study workshops, individual reflection exercises and board-level scenario planning.

We may modify program content, schedules and delivery methods. We notify registered participants with examples of what changes mean for their cohort and provide transition options where appropriate.

Service availability depends on scheduling, participant numbers and trainer availability. In past cohorts we adjusted session times to accommodate cross-border directors, documented as scheduling case notes.

Rules of conduct

Participants must adhere to conduct rules designed to preserve a respectful and confidential environment. Rules are enforced with progressive actions and practical case reviews.

  • Respect confidentiality of peer disclosures and case studies.
  • Avoid discriminatory or harassing behavior during sessions.
  • Use materials only for personal or permitted corporate learning;
  • Do not record sessions unless explicit permission is obtained.
  • Comply with intellectual property restrictions for course materials.
  • Provide accurate information when participating in exercises that simulate business decisions.
  • Follow facilitator instructions during live workshops and practical scenarios.

User content and case submissions

Participants may submit case studies, reflections and business scenarios for group learning. Submissions are handled with care to protect confidentiality and commercial sensitivity.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, but by participating you grant techlawai limited rights to use anonymized case material for teaching and quality improvement.

By submitting content, you grant techlawai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized versions of the material in training materials, case compilations and internal analysis. Practical example: anonymized excerpts may be used in a future cohort to illustrate a leadership challenge.

You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or include unauthorized confidential information. We provide guidance and templates to help directors prepare compliant case submissions.

You may request removal of submitted content; removal requests are evaluated against retention obligations and the integrity of aggregated case studies. In prior removals we documented the scope and action taken.

Intellectual property

Training materials, course frameworks and published case studies are protected by intellectual property rights. Use of materials is governed by these terms and applicable law.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute training materials without written permission.
  • Modify or create derivative works only with explicit consent.
  • Respect copyrights and activity associated with techlawai content.

Paid services and billing

Paid offerings include cohorts, one-on-one advisory sessions and corporate licenses. Fees, billing cycles and invoicing are defined during registration and reflected in confirmations.

Pricing depends on program scope and participant level. Case-based pricing examples are provided in proposals for directors and enterprise clients.

Payments are accepted via the methods listed at checkout. Late payments may result in access restriction until balance is resolved.

Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled by the account holder. Renewal notices include examples of changes in access or pricing prior to renewal.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the paid service terms. Example: partial refunds have been issued when a scheduled module was cancelled due to trainer illness and no suitable replacement was available.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Corporate cancellations may require authorized signatory approval. Cancellation procedures and examples are provided during onboarding.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes. Tax handling is described in invoices and examples for cross-border participants are provided when relevant.

We may adjust prices for future cohorts with advance notice. Existing paid enrollments are honored at the agreed rate unless otherwise stated in the enrollment terms.

Non-payment may result in suspension and collection measures. We document escalation steps and provide examples of remediation pathways for corporate accounts.
